The Story of Trees (The Story Tree)

This incredible tree is in the Linear Park system on Ponce in Atlanta designed by Olmsted. All the trees are numbered and known. This tree is known as The Story Tree and it wears the blue circle dog tag with 288 engraved on it. I painted it from tree 275 and had the sweetest time listening while looking and honoring these massive giants. I'm always honored and grateful that trees naturally take from me the stress and worries of a passage. Transforming what is not serving me into something alive and new. This is the story of trees for me and I enjoy giving them my attention time and gratitude.
