Created in Plein Air during the Olmsted Invitational. I appreciate the beauty of the structures we worship in and how they reach for the heavens. I also appreciate that the closest I ever feel to my maker is out in nature. No matter how grand the edifice it can never compare to the beauty of the individual and the Divine within each of us. We strive and search and build to find God when all we really need do is look within.
