I would stand on tip toes to see above the gate when focusing on the boat and bend down to look underneath when working on the woodpile in the foreground. I learned from a gentleman who stoped to talk that these boats have all been abandoned and the city is trying to clean them up. I can only imagine what brought them here and the story that lead to them being left "High and Dry".
