I was returning to a location thirty minutes from my house when on a whim I turned down this little country lane. I was delighted by the the little white home set back from the road and saw that I could park out of the way of traffic.
There was a sign on the fence for HONEY CUSTOMERS - please call - and the number. So I tapped in the number to make sure it was okay with the land owner that I set up to paint. It was, and I left with a new friend, a charming painting, and a delicious jar of local honey.
