I stood on the side of the D29 in Plounévez-Lochrist and painted this scene. We had driven up this road on the way to the pharmacy the previous day. I was originally drawn to the scene by the happy cows that were grazing along the hedge. Needless to say the cows didn’t stay on their mark but I continued to paint and endeavored to capture the unique architecture of this part of France.
