This is a Nocturnal Painting done during the "Paint the Town" plein air event in Marble Falls, Texas. I started this around 9:45 pm. The River City Grill was closing at 10:00 pm. So I was a little nervous about being out there alone. Luckily I was able to get a police man to come and check on me periodically. My girlfriend was painting across the street and up the hill a bit and I knew she could hear my car alarm if I needed help. I love painting these night scenes.
